Chris is dedicated to restoring and defending the Constitution and your individual liberty, both personal and economic.  

Moving into the 2027 Legislative Session, Chris will be championing legislation to:

• Ban FLOCK Cameras and Mass Warrantless Surveillance — Stop government from tracking the movements of innocent West Virginians without a warrant and restore the protections of the 4th Amendment.

• End Backdoor Red Flag Gun Confiscation — Protect due process and ensure government cannot strip a law-abiding citizen of their 2nd Amendment rights without being charged with or convicted of a crime.

• Defend and Expand the 2nd Amendment — oppose unconstitutional firearms registries, and defend the fundamental right of West Virginians to keep and bear arms.

• Restore the 4th Amendment and End the Open Fields Doctrine — Protect West Virginians against warrantless government searches and surveillance on their own private property. Private property means private property. Get a warrant.

• Restore Medical Freedom — End government mandates and protect the right of parents and individuals to make their own medical decisions without government coercion.

• Stop the Trafficking of Abortion Pills into West Virginia — Strengthen protections for unborn life and hold those who illegally traffic abortion drugs into our state accountable.

• Defend Private Property Against Eminent Domain Abuse — Stop government from taking a West Virginian's land simply to hand it over for the profit of another private corporation. Economic development does not override private property rights.

• Overhaul West Virginia's Education System — Return power to parents, taxpayers, teachers, and local communities; expand educational freedom; demand accountability; and reduce the power of unelected bureaucracies that continue to spend more while producing unacceptable results.

• Restore Economic Liberty — Cut taxes, eliminate unnecessary regulations, reduce government spending, and get government out of the way of West Virginia families, farmers, workers, and small businesses.

• Reduce the Size and Scope of Government — Eliminate wasteful programs and unnecessary bureaucracy while returning power from Charleston to the people.

• Protect Personal and Economic Liberty — Whether it is your property, your paycheck, your medical decisions, your firearms, or your privacy, government should respect the rights of the individual.
